Shipping information for Petacular Boutique - Online Pet Store
IMPORTANT: New customers, when you create your account & when you place an order, please make sure your address info is correct and accurate, including any apartment numbers, etc.
PLEASE NOTE: If an incorrect or incomplete address is given by any customer and the package is returned because of this, it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay the additional shipping costs to resend it to the correct address. This includes an incomplete address that doesn't list an apartment number. We will issue an Invoice for the additional shipping cost to resend it.
We will notify you by email the day the package is returned to us and issue the additional Invoice to resend the package to you. You will need to email us your correct address and pay the Invoice within three (3) business days. If the Invoice for the second shipping attempt isn't paid within three (3) business days, a refund via Paypal will be issued for the item(s) and no further attempt will be made to resend/send your order out. There will be no refunds for the original shipping costs, the refund will be for the items only.

- We try to list all of our products accurately in regards to stock, if for some reason your item is temporarily out of stock we will notify you immediately and let you know an approximate date.
- We generally ship items within one week of payment. However, due to the large variety of items we offer, and the many small specialty vendors that we use, our orders can sometimes take 2-4 weeks to process. If you have a special need for a product to arrive by a certain date, please include that information in your order notes at the time of checkout.
- We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
- Our shipping policy is 2-4 weeks. This is never our goal, and many items ship within the first week. However, we carry so many products for a one-stop shopping experience that we cannot guarantee everything to be in stock at all times. Thank you. We appreciate your business.
